Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency seeks a Senior Manager Audit and Integrity to lead its integrated audit, assurance and integrity portfolio with enterprise-wide impact. The role reports to the Group General Counsel and is accountable to the Board for independence and quality of internal audit activity.

You will helm investment audits for NZTA and councils and strengthen integrity through investigations, disclosures and practical improvements.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience leading internal audit, assurance or integrity functions in a large, complex environment.
• Ability to design and deliver risk-based audit programmes and integrated assurance frameworks.
• Knowledge of internal audit standards, control frameworks and risk management models.
• Experience with integrity, fraud and misconduct management including investigations.
• Strong communication and data analytics to translate findings into practical improvements.
