NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi seeks a Senior Manager – Audit and Integrity to lead internal and investment audit programmes and the independent integrity function. You will deliver evidence-based assurance to strengthen governance and accountability, reporting to the Board and Group General Counsel’s Office.

You will drive risk-based audit design, oversee investigations, and lead a high-performing team across Auckland or Wellington. A relevant professional designation is required.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience leading internal audit, assurance or integrity functions in a large, complex environment.
• Proven ability to design and deliver risk-based audit programmes and integrated assurance frameworks.
• Strong understanding of internal audit standards, control frameworks and the Three Lines Model.

• Lead NZTA's internal audit and investment audit programmes for value for money and investments.
• Provide independent, evidence-based assurance to strengthen governance and transparency.
• Lead the independent integrity function including fraud prevention and investigations oversight.
