Madison Recruitment is partnering with a large New Zealand organisation to recruit a Senior Management Accountant in Auckland Central. This fixed-term, full-time contract offers a challenging environment undergoing significant organisational transformation.

The role focuses on stability, insight and commercial support during change, delivering high-quality FP&A, planning and reporting. You will report to the Financial Planning & Performance Lead, driving enterprise budgeting and forecasting, and

Competenze

• CA qualification required or equivalent in accounting
• Significant experience in management accounting, FP&A, and performance reporting
• Experience in large, complex organisations with ongoing change programmes
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and provide commercial insights
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling capability

• Lead enterprise budgeting and forecasting processes
• Deliver executive-level management reporting and performance insights
• Support long-term planning, modelling and scenario analysis
• Provide commercial advice and decision support to senior stakeholders
