Mr Apple is seeking individuals to join their Hawke's Bay orchards. You will work alongside experienced growers to keep the orchard running smoothly and efficiently, focusing on tree care, maintenance, and hands-on daily tasks.

The role involves engaging in seasonal work, learning new tools, and contributing to a safe, productive environment. You will have opportunities to use cutting-edge technology and automation to improve workflows and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in horticulture or transferable farming experience.

If you know your way around apple orchards, you'll recognise what's needed each day to get the job done right. At Mr Apple, you'll work alongside experienced growers who are ready to help you sharpen your skills and learn new approaches. Your focus will be making sure the orchard runs smoothly and efficiently, so every season delivers top results.

The work changes with the seasons - tree care, orchard maintenance, and training others are all part of the role. Safety matters here, and you'll be expected to set the standard, showing the team what it means to work smart and safe every day.

You'll have the chance to use the latest technology and try new tools and systems. If you're keen to improve how things are done and get involved with automation, you'll find plenty of opportunities to put your ideas to work.

• Experience working in horticulture or strong transferable experience
• Strong skills in communication, organisation, and time management
