Job summary

KiwiQuest is seeking a hands-on leader to oversee an apple orchard operation in Rangitata, Canterbury, New Zealand. You will coordinate daily tasks with the Orchard Manager, lead small teams in seasonal activities, and ensure pruning, thinning, tree training and harvest proceed smoothly.

The role requires strong leadership, practical orchard experience, and a positive, solutions-focused attitude. You must be physically fit for outdoor work in all conditions and hold a valid NZ work visa.
