Job summary
Presbyterian Support Otago in Dunedin seeks a senior Manager, People, Culture & Capability to lead the PCC function and a capable team. You will shape people strategy, workforce planning and organisational development while fostering a restorative culture and strong leadership across the organisation.
You will bring deep PCC leadership experience, strong NZ employment relations knowledge, and a collaborative style to develop leaders and build capability across PSO.
Qualifications
- Senior People & Culture/HR leadership experience.
- Strong employment and industrial relations capability.
- Experience leading organisational change and capability development.
- Ability to coach and influence experienced leaders.
- Experience working constructively with unions.
- Strong analytical judgement and use of workforce information to improve decisions.
- Experience leading and developing a professional PCC team.
- Commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi and growing bicultural capability.
Responsibilities
- Lead the People, Culture & Capability function and PCC team.
- Develop and implement people strategy, workforce planning and organisational development.
- Foster a restorative culture and positive employee experience.
- Oversee employment relations, health and wellbeing, payroll and systems oversight.
- Drive organisational change and build leadership capability across PSO.
