Registered Social Worker
Proven leadership experience, ideally within the social services sector or a related field
Experience/qualification in clinical supervision
Proven ability to build and lead an effective team
An understanding and working knowledge of Care and Protection principles and the Oranga Tamariki Act 1989
A commitment to culturally responsive leadership, including advancing the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi within the organisation
Experience working with whānauwho need support with complex and often stressful situations
An excellent communicator who is able to build collaborative networks within the community
Sound computer and database skills
