Qualifications

• 6+ years of IT support, desktop engineering and end-user computing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver enterprise IT support and infrastructure projects across Christchurch and Australia offices.
• Lead regional IT projects and mentor junior support engineers.
• Champion initiatives to improve end-user experience and productivity.
