Advanced Personnel is seeking experienced Civil Plant Operators for opportunities in the Christchurch and greater Canterbury Region.

We're looking for operators with proven experience operating EXCAVATORS / LOADERS / ROLLERS / DOZERS / GRADERS within civil construction, roading, drainage or earthworks environments. The role includes earthworks, trenching, drainage work, and site safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years' relevant operating experience.
• Proven experience with heavy machinery in civil settings.
• Endorsements W, T and R and valid driver licence classes.

Responsibilities

• Operate WTR machinery and perform earthworks and site prep.
• Conduct trenching and drainage work as required.
• Load and move materials and perform daily equipment checks.
• Work safely around people and other machinery and support the site team.
