Job summary

Advanced Personnel Limited is seeking experienced Civil Plant Operators for opportunities in the Manawatu/ Levin Region. You will operate excavators, loaders, rollers, dozers and graders within civil construction, roading, drainage or earthworks environments.

We’re looking for operators with proven experience and relevant W, T and R endorsements, plus the appropriate Class 2/4/5 licences where required. Strong safety awareness and practical site experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant operating experience.
• W, T and R endorsements where required.
• CLASS 2/4/5 licences where required.

Responsibilities

• Operate WTR machinery on civil projects.
• Perform earthworks and site preparation.
• Carry out trenching and drainage work.
• Load and move materials safely.
• Complete daily equipment checks.
• Work safely around people and other machinery.
• Support the wider site team when required.
