Fulton Hogan Ltd in Auckland seeks an Intermediate or Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale civil infrastructure projects with a focus on reinforced concrete structures. You will manage end-to-end delivery, programming, safety, quality and commercial performance on $30m+ projects while leading a multidisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate holds a Civil Engineering degree, 8+ years in civil infrastructure, and strong leadership with budgeting and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering at NZQF Level 7+.
• 8+ years of experience in civil infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to lead medium-to-large scale civil infrastructure projects valued $30m+.
• Strong commercial ability including cost control and programming.
• Leadership of multidisciplinary teams with focus on safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of medium-to-large roading and infrastructure projects.
• Oversee programme, safety, quality and commercial performance including budget control.
• Manage day-to-day site activities and ensure alignment with HSE and environmental requirements.
• Own client and stakeholder relationships with clear communication and issue resolution.
• Develop and lead project teams to achieve high performance and delivery goals.
