Job summary

Auckland Council’s Platform Engineering team is seeking a Senior Integration Developer to design, develop and support the integrations that connect Council’s enterprise apps, cloud services and digital platforms.

You will work with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and SAP Integration Suite to create scalable APIs, reusable integration services and modern cloud-based solutions, collaborating with architects, engineers and delivery teams to evolve our integration capability.

Qualifications

Extensive enterprise integration and API development experience.
Experience with MuleSoft or SAP Integration Suite.
Ability to design scalable integrations across applications and cloud platforms.
Experience with REST and SOAP APIs.
Familiarity with API governance and monitoring.

Responsibilities

Design, develop and deliver integrations using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and SAP Integration Suite.
Build scalable APIs and reusable integration services.
Contribute to enterprise integration architecture and technical design.
Integrate SAP applications, cloud platforms and enterprise systems.
Support transformation initiatives through modern integration patterns.
Improve API governance, monitoring and lifecycle management.
Enhance integration reliability, performance and resilience.
Contribute to automation, CI/CD and modern engineering practices.
