Job summary

Webuild seeks a Lead Senior Planner in Christchurch to drive the integrated project schedule across all phases of the Christchurch Men’s Prison Redevelopment. You will work with the Design & Engineering Manager to ensure baseline programmes are contractually robust and fully integrated with cost, progress and change management systems.

You will influence senior leadership with schedule risk insights, enable informed decision-making and support time-related commercial outcomes on a major NZ

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in project planning on complex projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 or equivalent scheduling tools.
• Experience in critical path, forecasting, EOT and claims support.
• Ability to operate in governance-driven project environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and governance of the integrated project schedule.
• Maintain critical path and near-critical path activities.
• Define and enforce project-wide progress measurement and reporting.
• Validate subcontractor schedules for accuracy.
• Lead schedule forecasting and recovery planning.
• Prepare Time Impact Analyses (TIA) and support claims.
• Coordinate changes and EOTs with project teams.
