Job summary

Suntory Oceania is seeking a Senior Integrated Management System Technologist for a 6-month fixed-term contract based in Wiri Auckland. This role supports Quality and Food Safety Management Systems across the business, driving compliance with FSSC 22000, HACCP and related audits.

You will partner with Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and R&D to embed best practices, lead internal audits, and develop robust documentation and procedures to ensure high standards across the FMCG environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working within food safety and quality management systems, ideally within food and beverage manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of GFSI-benchmarked standards, food safety systems and audit processes.
• Experience supporting or leading internal, certification or customer audits.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for maintaining high standards.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Confidence developing, reviewing and maintaining technical documentation and procedures.
• A collaborative approach and a continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support the continuous improvement of Quality and Food Safety Management Systems across the business.

• Lead and support internal audit programmes , including corrective actions and audit readiness activities.
• Review, develop and standardise quality documentation, procedures and technical standards.
• Partner with stakeholders across Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and R&D to build capability and embed best practice.
• Support certification, customer and regulatory audits while helping drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide expertise in HACCP and food safety risk management, ensuring robust systems and controls are maintained .
