Job summary

Suntory Oceania in Auckland is seeking a Senior Integrated Management System Technologist to join the Quality team on a 6-month fixed-term contract based in Wiri, Auckland.

You will drive continuous improvement of Quality and Food Safety Management Systems, lead internal audits, and collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and R&D to embed best practice across the business. Strong knowledge of HACCP/GFSI standards is desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience working within food safety and quality management systems, ideally within food and beverage manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of GFSI-benchmarked standards, food safety systems and audit processes.
• Experience supporting or leading internal, certification or customer audits.

Responsibilities

• Support the continuous improvement of Quality and Food Safety Management Systems across the business.
• Drive compliance with food safety standards including FSSC 22000, HACCP and other GFSI-benchmarked requirements.
• Lead and support internal audit programmes, including corrective actions and audit readiness activities.
• Review, develop and standardise quality documentation, procedures and technical standards.
• Partner with stakeholders across Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and R&D to build capability and embed best practice.
• Support certification, customer and regulatory audits while helping drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide expertise in HACCP and food safety risk management, ensuring robust systems and controls are maintained.

• Experience working within food safety and quality management systems, ideally within food and beverage manufacturing
• Strong understanding of GFSI-benchmarked standards, food safety systems and audit processes
• Experience supporting or leading internal, certification or customer audits
• Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for maintaining high standards
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
• Confidence developing, reviewing and maintaining technical documentation and procedures
• A collaborative approach and a continuous improvement mindset
