Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in enterprise software, with 5+ years SailPoint IAM/implementation experience
• Experience in software development, implementation, and configuration
• Excellent client and partner communication skills
• Familiarity with SAP/PeopleSoft/ServiceNow and front-end tech (HTML/CSS/Angular/React)

Responsibilities

• Gather customer business use cases and document product-based requirements with solution designs
• Educate customers on product architecture, design and best practices
• Assist in scoping, analysis and documentation of implementation projects
• Deliver technical training for SailPoint implementation partners
• Help team design creative solutions to complex problems and assist with delivery of the solution
