• 5–7+ years in enterprise software, systems integrator, or consulting.
• 3+ years in a customer-facing Engagement Manager or Project Manager role.
• Excellent communication and leadership with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple customer engagements and ensure on-time delivery and profitability.
• Partner with Sales to scope services, respond to RFPs, and generate proposals/SOWs.
• Manage client communications, escalation handling, and stakeholder alignment.
