Job summary

Ventia is seeking a Supervisor - High Voltage Electrical Services in Hastings, Hawke's Bay to lead our HV electrical delivery and field teams. Qualifications

• Current EWRB registration is essential.
• Extensive high-voltage electrical experience highly preferred.
• Strong planning, scheduling and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of electricians and field personnel.
• Coordinate maintenance and minor project works across HV assets.
• Plan resources and schedules across multiple sites.
• Ensure safety, quality and environmental compliance on site.
• Provide technical guidance to field teams and stakeholders.
