Job summary

Graham Consulting Auckland is seeking a senior leader to head the People Experience Operations and Insights function in a not-for-profit environment. You will lead Talent Acquisition, Payroll, People Systems, and workforce analytics, with a focus on integration of Payroll and ongoing service delivery through change.

Reporting to the Group Chief People Officer, you will guide 11-14 staff (3-4 direct reports) and shape the people strategy.

Qualifications

• Proven change leadership experience in transformation or service integration.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong stakeholder management at senior level.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence across the employee lifecycle from attraction to retention and insights.
• Lead integration of Payroll and ensure service delivery during change.
• Provide strategic advice to the Group Chief People Officer and contribute to people strategy.
• Own remuneration framework, job evaluation and reward strategy, chair evaluation committee.
• Own workforce reporting and analytics and present trends to senior stakeholders.
• Champion process optimization and data-informed decision making.
• Manage people systems and drive continuous improvement of processes.
• Build relationships with leaders to respond to evolving workforce needs.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team with a focus on health, safety and wellbeing.
