Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience providing generalist HR or HR advisory support.
• Current New Zealand driver licence.
• Proven capability dealing with senior management and operational teams.
• Familiarity with HR information systems (Workday).

Responsibilities

• Partner with regional leaders on day-to-day and longer-term people matters.
• Manage employment relationship issues, personal grievances and investigations.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding and exits across your remit.
• Plan workforce needs across Tender and Bid mobilisation with management.
• Support the broader team with Bid and HR tender documentation as needed.
• Keep HR records and documents up to date across HR Systems and files.
• Support with all HR related administration.
