Job summary

CareAllies, Inc. seeks a Senior Consultant to leverage technical and healthcare domain expertise to support clinical and business stakeholders.

You will deliver analytical support and advisory services to internal and external senior leaders, building impactful dashboards and driving initiatives end-to-end. The role requires strong SQL/Python/R skills, data visualization proficiency (Tableau/Power BI), and the ability to communicate clearly with executives while working independently or in teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years in health care services, statistics, or related field, or Master’s with 4+ years, or PhD with 2+ years, or 10 years in related field.
• Proficiency in querying diverse data sources to derive insights.
• Strong analytics and programming in SQL, Python, R, etc.
• Ability to build dynamic dashboards with Tableau or Power BI.
• High BI maturity and ability to drive a business case to execution.
• Experience leading analytics initiatives and communicating to senior leadership.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to deliver high quality results under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities
