Qualifications

• Experience leading BI teams in healthcare analytics.
• Ability to design and deliver dashboards, reports and analytics for decision-making.
• Strong understanding of data models, SQL queries and reporting pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a BI team delivering dashboards, reports, and analytics for clinical and operational decisions.
• Maintain and optimize BI infrastructure, including data models, SQL queries, and reporting pipelines.
• Analyze clinical and operational datasets to surface meaningful trends and support leadership decisions.
• Translate complex healthcare data into clear, actionable insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance across BI outputs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align analytics with AI training objectives.
