Alignerr is seeking a Hospital Health Data Governance Lead (AI Training) to shape how health data powers AI models. This fully remote hourly contract role offers flexible 10–40 hours per week across hospitals and health systems.

You will define governance standards, review workflows, and ensure data quality, privacy, and regulatory compliance for AI training datasets. Work independently in a remote, asynchronous setup with ongoing project opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experienced in healthcare data governance, clinical data management, or health information operations.
• Strong command of healthcare privacy and regulatory frameworks — including HIPAA.
• Able to assess data quality and governance across clinical, IT, and admin contexts.
• Detail-oriented and systematic; you know what good health data governance looks like.
• Clear written communicator; documents findings and recommendations.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, asynchronous environment.
