Job summary

EY New Zealand seeks a Senior Manager, Health Data & Transformation to lead complex health-sector engagements and grow EY NZ’s health, data and transformation practice. • Significant experience advising the New Zealand health sector and understanding of how clinical, operational, financial and data perspectives connect.
• Proven track record leading complex consulting, strategy, analytics or transformation programmes and shaping opportunities.
• Strong quantitative problem-solving and data fluency; familiarity with cloud data platforms and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of complex health engagements from definition to implementation and management of scope, risks and budgets.
• Turn ambiguous senior questions into structured programmes and clear, decision-focused advice.
• Combine clinical, operational, financial and technical views to improve health system value.
• Advise senior executives and translate evidence into practical recommendations for stakeholders.
• Shape EY’s health business by developing propositions and connecting capabilities across the firm.
