EY New Zealand is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Health Data & Transformation within Technology Consulting. You will guide senior executives, clinicians and system leaders to define problems, mobilise teams and translate evidence into decisions and outcomes.

Based in Auckland, you will shape new work, manage engagement performance and build capability across the health data practice, while coaching a multidisciplinary team to deliver measurable value.

Formación

• Significant experience in New Zealand health sector with deep system understanding.
• Proven track record leading complex consulting, strategy, analytics or transformation programmes.
• Strong data fluency with cloud platforms and analytics tools (Snowflake, SQL, R/Python, Power BI/Qlik).

Responsabilidades

• Lead a portfolio of complex, multidisciplinary health engagements from problem definition to implementation.
• Turn ambiguous senior-level questions into structured programmes with robust analytical approaches.
• Integrate clinical, operational, financial and technical perspectives to solve health-system problems.
• Advise executives, clinicians and technical leaders with practical recommendations.
• Shape and grow EY’s health business by identifying opportunities and developing propositions.
• Lead, coach and develop consultants and managers, creating reusable methods and assets.
