EY’s Health practice in Wellington is seeking a Manager in Business Transformation to lead health-sector workstreams, shape practical transformation initiatives, and improve service performance and patient outcomes. You’ll collaborate with clinicians, operational leaders and government stakeholders to deliver value-driven change.

The role is based in Te Whanganui-a-Tara (Wellington) and offers flexible/Hybrid work arrangements, with strong development opportunities within EY’s global health

Formación

• Experience in or advising New Zealand health sector, across strategy and operating model design, performance improvement, and digitally enabled healthcare.
• Experience leading delivery of health programmes with multiple stakeholders to design and deliver change.
• Strong structured problem-solving and analytical skills to turn evidence into practical advice.

Responsabilidades

• Lead health-sector workstreams from scoping to implementation with high-quality delivery.
• Structure complex client problems into practical plans, managing scope, budgets, risks and timelines.
• Build relationships with health leaders and delivery partners to align perspectives and outcomes.
