Job summary

Mons Royale in Wanaka, New Zealand, seeks a Senior Graphic Designer (Conceptual) to lead seasonal campaigns and translate brand strategy into high-impact creative across digital, retail and print. You will work with the Head of Marketing Creative to shape our global brand narrative and push the edge of outdoor, streetwear and action sports culture.

Own the design process from brief to final delivery, build scalable visual systems, mentor junior designers and ensure typography and colour accuracy

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of graphic design experience.
• Experience in fashion, apparel or board sports is ideal.
• Conceptual & technical portfolio demonstrating storyboarding and typography.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Wanaka, New Zealand.

Responsibilities

• Ideate concepts for seasonal launches and global campaigns in partnership with the Head of Marketing Creative.
• Translate strategy into storyboards, mood boards and visual direction decks.
• Own graphic development from brief to final delivery across digital, retail and print.
• Lead design output for trade and retail marketing including lookbooks and POS kits.
• Create digital and social assets for web, e-commerce and email.
• Build scalable visual systems and maintain brand guidelines across markets.
• Mentor junior designers and conduct artwork reviews.
