Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of graphic design experience (agency or in-house).
• Portfolio showing readiness to step into Art Direction.
• Advanced mastery of Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

Responsibilities

• Ideate concepts for seasonal launches and campaigns in partnership with marketing leadership.
• Translate strategy into storyboards, mood boards and visual direction decks.
• Lead graphic development across digital, print, and retail touchpoints.
