Qualifications

• Experience operating in high-volume, high-transaction environments.
• Proficiency in .NET/C#, React, and SQL with modernization focus.
• Strong ownership, action bias, and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on delivery & architecture for Reporting features.
• Modernize legacy .NET systems and safely roll out updates at scale.
• Drive AI integration within reporting products and SDLC.
• Lead incident response, contribute to on-call rotation, ensure robust testing and CD strategies.
• Mentor engineers, grow team capabilities, and foster inclusive culture.
