Qualifications

• Experience building web apps with React and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Strong backend skills in Java or .NET.

• Experience with AI/agentic systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver billing changes in Practice Tools using React/JS/TS and Java/ .NET.
• Roll out the Xero Partner Hub across global regions.
• Retire legacy HQ components to improve reliability and cost.
• Align authorization models with OAuth and advance AI-driven automation in delivery pipeline.
• Mentor teammates and shape future technical leadership.
