Job summary

Concord Visa seeks a Senior Engineer to build on a modern full-stack JS platform (TypeScript, React, PostgreSQL) in its Auckland product team. You will work on drafting tools, automated review systems, and HRIS integrations while exploring AI features and ensuring strong data security across multi-jurisdiction workflows.

You’ll collaborate with immigration lawyers, case managers, and ops, shipping high-stakes features and expanding AI into internal tooling as we scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building software, ideally on SaaS platforms or in growth startups.
• Experience with modern JS frameworks (TypeScript, React), strong experience with SQL-based databases, and familiarity or exposure to AI/LLM frameworks.
• A problem-solving mindset with a focus on outcomes and scalable solutions.
• Product-first thinking with attention to design decisions and user experience.

Responsibilities

• Platform development across frontend, backend, AI, and third-party APIs on a modern JS platform.
• AI R&D and integration to extend AI into internal workflows and development processes.
• Collaborate with lawyers, case managers, and ops to shape workflows and features for global scale.
