Vuejobs is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer in Wellington, New Zealand to build production-grade UI using Vue 3+ and TypeScript. You will design scalable frontend architecture, review code, and mentor peers in clean coding practices within an Agile/Scrum environment.

You will collaborate with designers to deliver responsive, accessible interfaces using Tailwind CSS, HTML5 and CSS3, and you will write unit/integration tests with Vitest or Jest while using modern build tools like Vite, Rollup or

Formación

• 5+ years of production software experience.
• Strong Vue 3+ experience; or React/Angular with intent to switch to Vue.
• Strong knowledge of TypeScript.
• Strong clean-code practices.
• Strong frontend architecture knowledge (OOP/OOD).
• Strong code review skills.
• Experience mentoring other developers.
• Hands-on Tailwind CSS experience.
• Experience with Vitest or Jest.
• Knowledge of Vite, Rollup, Webpack.
• Strong HTML5, CSS3, responsive design.
• Experience collaborating with designers.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum.
• Comfort with AI coding tools (Claude Code or Copilot).
• Excellent English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain scalable frontend apps using Vue 3+ and TypeScript.
