Fletcher Building Limited in Auckland seeks an experienced Financial Reporting Manager to lead the financial accounting and reporting function, delivering accurate, timely information to support performance and decision-making across PlaceMakers.

Based at our Penrose office, this permanent role oversees month-end, statutory reporting, tax, audits, and internal controls, while developing a high-performing team and driving process improvements and reporting automation.

Qualificações

• 10+ years in financial accounting, reporting, taxation, audits or finance leadership.
• Experience in complex multi-site or multi-entity environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering.
• Deep knowledge of accounting standards, statutory reporting and audit.
• Experience with consolidations, month-end/year-end closes and controls.
• Proven ability to turn data into actionable insights.

Responsabilidades

• Lead month-end, half-year and year-end reporting and consolidation.
• Manage statutory reporting, taxation compliance, audits and controls.
• Provide technical accounting guidance on complex matters.
• Deliver clear analysis and reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Lead and develop a finance team of about seven professionals.
• Drive process improvements, system enhancements and automation.
• Manage finance workstreams for projects and JV transitions.
• Build strong relationships across Finance, Operations and stakeholders.
