Westpac New Zealand in Auckland is seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner on a 12-month fixed-term basis. You will provide strategic financial advice, commercial insight and decision support to help drive strong business outcomes.

You’ll partner with senior leaders, lead planning, budgeting and forecasting, and deliver analysis of performance, risks and opportunities to influence commercial decisions. This role spans governance and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifikationen

• Strong commercial finance experience and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience in finance business partnering, FP&A or similar environments.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling capability.
• Commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
• Experience partnering with, influencing and challenging senior stakeholders.
• Ability to translate complex financial information into clear insights.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills; experience with reporting systems and advanced Excel.
• Exposure to Power BI, Tableau or similar data visualisation tools would be advantageous.

• Deliver meaningful analysis of performance, trends, risks and opportunities.

• Identify opportunities to improve performance and optimise costs.
• Provide clear reporting and recommendations to senior and executive stakeholders.
• Collaborate across Finance, Product, Treasury, Strategy and Technology.
• Support governance, controls and compliance; drive process improvements.
