ACC New Zealand is seeking a Senior Employment Relations Advisor in Wellington to provide expert ER guidance across the organisation. You will lead complex matters, influence policy, and support leaders through investigations, performance issues, and bargaining activities.

The role collaborates with People and Culture to deliver practical, compliant solutions that support our people while keeping New Zealand workers safe and well. The appointing salary reflects experience and market norms.

Formación

• Significant experience providing employment relations advice in a large, complex organisation.
• Strong knowledge of New Zealand employment legislation and ER practice.
• Experience managing investigations, disciplinary processes, grievances and performance matters.
• Proven ability to develop and implement ER strategies and solutions.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and build trusted relationships.
• Understanding Te Tiriti o Waitangi within policy and practice.
• NZ work rights held at time of application.
