Job summary

Malta Dynamics is seeking a Dynamics 365 CE Solution Architect to join their consulting team in a full-time, onsite role with relocation to Malta. The candidate will lead architecture, presales activities, and end-to-end Dynamics 365 implementations for large organisations.

The role requires hands-on design leadership, collaboration with onshore/offshore teams, and mentoring of staff while engaging with senior executives to shape solutions and proposals. Relocation and visa support are provided.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of all Dynamics 365 CE modules with architect certifications.
• Power Platform development experience and architecture.
• Experience with Azure services and data migration in large, multi-region deployments.
• Strong pre-sales and client-facing capabilities at C-suite level.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Act as SME for technical and functional Dynamics across platforms.
• Provide domain-specific implementations and drive feature adoption.
• Coach and mentor junior and offshore staff.
• Present to clients and guide proposals and business development.
• Ensure timely completion of internal processes and mandatory training.
• Represent client professionally in all interactions.
