Job summary

Education Review Office is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join the Data and Insights team in the Performance and Implementation group in Wellington, New Zealand.

You will lead complex data projects, translate technical information for leaders and Ministers, and develop measurement frameworks to monitor ERO's performance and impact. You will coach colleagues and build data capability across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Advanced quantitative analysis skills required.
• Proficient in Excel, SQL and data visualisation tools.
• Experience translating data insights for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and lead data projects across ERO and partners.
• Provide expert advice on using data to improve efficiency and quality.
• Collect, manage, analyse and visualise ERO and education sector data.
