Job summary

Education Review Office is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join the Data and Insights team in the Performance and Implementation group in Wellington, New Zealand.

You will lead complex data projects, translate technical information for leaders and Ministers, and develop measurement frameworks to monitor ERO's performance and impact. You will coach colleagues and build data capability across the organisation.

Qualifications

  • Advanced quantitative analysis skills required.
  • Proficient in Excel, SQL and data visualisation tools.
  • Experience translating data insights for non-technical audiences.

We are looking for a curious and experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our Data and Insights team within the Performance and Implementation group.This is an opportunity to lead complex data projects, contribute to the strategic direction of the group, and coach and mentor others to deliver high-quality work.As Senior Data Analyst, you will collect, organise, analyse and interpret data to provide meaningful insights.
