Job summary

PwC NZ is seeking an Management Level Senior Manager to guide organisation strategy and commercial governance across advisory engagements. You will interpret contracts, draft statements of work, and negotiate variations under Master Service Agreements while partnering with senior leaders and delivery teams to mitigate risk.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in a relevant role, ideally within professional services or legal firm.
• Experience interpreting contracts and preparing statements of work, change requests and variations.
• Experience with master services agreements and applying contractual terms to programme delivery and risk.

Responsibilities

• Partner with PwC leaders and programme teams to shape commercial approaches for complex client engagements.
• Develop, review and negotiate statements of work, change requests and variations under client MSAs.
• Lead commercial, risk and governance approvals for engagements.
• Advise stakeholders on contractual obligations, dependencies and risk.
