Job summary

Datacom is seeking a Principal Consultant - Workday in New Zealand to lead Workday HCM workstreams across multiple clients. You will gather requirements, design solutions, configure and support implementations, and lead testing and knowledge transfer sessions.

Ideal candidates have Workday implementation/PRO certification in HCM Core and Compensation, with bonus familiarity in Time Tracking and Absence. You will engage with clients at all levels and mentor teams while delivering value.

Qualifications

• Workday implementation/PRO certification in: HCM Core and Compensation.
• Certification in Time Tracking and Absence is a plus.

Responsibilities

As a Principal Consultant - Workday, you'll be the conduit between the client's business users, stakeholders and the implementation teams. This is a challenging and rewarding role to grow your existing analysis, design, communication and diplomatic abilities. You'll be comfortable in front of clients at all levels as you'll be leading workshops, eliciting requirements, crafting solutions and articulating Workday concepts.

At the moment, as a Principal Consultant - Workday, you will be across multiple projects with high profile clients. You will lead Workday HCM workstreams for multiple clients, from requirements gathering, design, configuration and support activities. You will then lead testing activities, knowledge transfer sessions and user training.

The successful candidate for this role will be seen as an expert in their field and will have demonstrated experience and success in a similar, client facing role. We're looking for the following:
