Job summary

Datacom is seeking a Principal Consultant - Workday to act as the conduit between client business users, stakeholders and implementation teams. You will lead workshops, elicit requirements, craft solutions and articulate Workday concepts in client-facing engagements.

You will oversee Workday HCM workstreams across multiple projects, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing and transfer of knowledge to end users.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Workday HCM implementations.
• Certification in Workday PRO (preferred).
• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience leading workshops and requirement gathering.
• Knowledge of Workday modules such as HCM Core and Compensation.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday HCM workstreams for multiple clients.
• Oversee requirements gathering, design, configuration and testing.
• Coordinate knowledge transfer sessions and user training.
• Provide expert guidance and ensure successful client outcomes.

About The Role (your Why)

As a Principal Consultant - Workday, you’ll be the conduit between the client’s business users, stakeholders and the implementation teams. This is a challenging and rewarding role to grow your existing analysis, design, communication and diplomatic abilities. You’ll be comfortable in front of clients at all levels as you’ll be leading workshops, eliciting requirements, crafting solutions and articulating Workday concepts.

What You’ll Do

At the moment, as a Principal Consultant - Workday, you will be across multiple projects with high profile clients.

You will lead Workday HCM workstreams for multiple clients, from requirements gathering, design, configuration and support activities. You will then lead testing activities, knowledge transfer sessions and user training.

The successful candidate for this role will be seen as an expert in their field and will have demonstrated experience and success in a similar, client facing role.
