Job summary

Teneo’s Financial Advisory team in New Zealand is growing and invites a Senior Consultant / Manager to support leadership on restructuring, contingency planning and insolvency engagements for corporates, creditors and other financial stakeholders.

You will contribute to client service, business development and people leadership, guiding junior staff, building client relationships, and delivering high-quality work within tight timelines.

Qualifications

• Qualified CA or pursuing the CA program.
• Strong academic background at degree level.
• Analytical with strong IT skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Knowledge of Restructuring Services/Insolvency or transferable client-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Client Service: work on restructuring and insolvency engagements with junior staff.
• Business Development: support market-facing activities and sales generation.
• People and Leadership: provide guidance to team members and foster an inclusive environment.
