You will manage Relationship Managers, drive profitable growth up to $50 million in revenue, coordinate deals across client teams, allocate resources across credit products and treasury solutions, and partner with line of business leaders to win new business.

Responsibilities

• Manages a team of Relationship Managers and tracks market growth using data/metrics.
• Drives profitable growth, retention and exceptional service for clients up to $50M revenue.
• Oversees pipeline of deals, coordinates client teams, and improves client management.
• Allocates resources strategically across credit products, treasury solutions, and sales support.
• Partners with product specialists and cross-LOB leaders to maximize capabilities.
• Leads initiatives to increase national market share and business outcomes.
• Drives performance of the salesforce delivering full bank solutions and digital adoption.
