Job summary

CMC Markets is seeking a Senior Client Services Executive in Auckland to be the voice of the brand, delivering exceptional service across phone, email, live chat and messaging. You will respond to client queries, promote our trading platforms, and identify opportunities to enrich the client experience.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in customer service, RG146 certification, and fluency in English and Mandarin.

• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• RG146 certification required or eligible to obtain.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client queries via phone, email, live chat and messaging.
• Act as a brand ambassador and deliver exceptional service.

• Rotating schedule between 8:00am and 6:00pm.

What You'll Be Working On

As our new Senior Client Services Executive, you'll:

• Be the voice of CMC Markets, responding to client queries via phone, email, live chat, and messaging.
• Act as a brand ambassador, delivering exceptional service that keeps our clients coming back.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience, contributing to our industry-leading reputation.
• Participate in a rotating schedule between 8:00am and 6:00pm.

Your experience and expertise directly impacts the satisfaction of our clients, as millions of their trades are successfully executed annually.

What will help you be successful?

• You'll possess 2+ years of customer service experience and thrive in a client-centric environment.
• RG146 certified
• Demonstrate passion and enthusiasm for the financial services industry.
• Communicate effectively in English and Mandarin, both verbally and in writing.
• Technically strong with comfort using trading platforms, CRM systems and communication tools.
• Show resilience and adaptability in a high-volume call centre setting.
• Eligibility to work in New Zealand permanently.
