Job summary

Jora New Zealand is seeking an experienced Change Manager to join a significant transformation programme on an initial six‑month contract. This hands‑on role sits within a complex and diverse organisation, owning change across a portfolio while working with two other Change Managers to maintain a coordinated, people‑centred approach.

You’ll quickly build credibility with stakeholders, refresh strategies, lead change activities end‑to‑end and report on progress, risks and dependencies.

Qualifications

• Proven change management experience within large, diverse and complex organisations.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management with senior stakeholders.
• Experience developing and refreshing change strategies and engagement plans.
• People-first approach with the ability to think creatively and adapt tools as needed.
• Ability to coordinate and report on change activity across multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Refresh and strengthen change strategies and engagement plans.
• Lead active change management across an assigned portfolio, from assessment to adoption.
• Establish relationships with key stakeholders and manage engagement across the organisation.
• Provide reporting on change activity including risks, dependencies and progress.
• Support two other Change Managers to ensure programme alignment.
