Job summary

H2R Consulting in Wellington Central is seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead end-to-end change activities across named workstreams and ensure successful adoption. You will develop change approaches that address people impacts, readiness and stakeholder needs, leveraging strong engagement and pragmatic judgement in evolving environments.

The role requires proven change management or communications experience, plus formal certification and a track record in transforming business

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Change Manager, Communications or organisational change roles.
• Experience supporting business transformation, workforce, HR or technology-enabled change.
• Formal change management certification (e.g. Prosci, AGS, APMG Change Management or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of change management principles and practical application.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation and communication skills.
• Ability to simplify complex change and tailor approaches for diverse audiences.
• Resilience and adaptability when working at pace and in ambiguity.
