Job summary

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary and change management qualifications.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver and embed business change across process, people, and technology.
• Previous experience applying change principles, methodologies, and tools to assess readiness, manage risks, and support successful adoption in varied contexts.
• Proven ability to influence, constructively challenge and move people and projects at pace toward a common vision or goal.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Previous experience aligning change initiatives to strategy, business outcomes, and measurable benefits.
