It also optimises planning and investment decisions across key tools and processes, including SCADA applications, market systems, real-time systems, and real-time asset management technologies used by our control rooms and other areas of Transpower. The Investment Delivery team within OPTI manages the formal joint programme relationship with the Electricity Authority and works collaboratively with our Information Services Technology (IST) division to deliver the Operations work programme. Investment Delivery provides governance to ensure outcomes are delivered, resources and funding are used effectively, technology dependencies are understood, and change impacts are minimised. Working alongside project managers and sponsors, you’ll lead change for projects and initiatives to support successful implementation and adoption. You’ll build relationships with people passionate about keeping the energy flowing for Aotearoa, while developing practical mitigation strategies for business impacts.
