FCM Travel seeks a Senior Business Analyst to define the reshopping program, working with the Program Leader, Product Managers, and stakeholders across hotel and air domains. You will benchmark markets, vendors, and capabilities to inform strategic decisions and delivery.

You will analyze customer needs, map the vendor landscape, and establish the financial KPIs driving cost optimization for large travel programs. Remote work options may apply.

• 5+ years in business analysis with unknowns resolved through discovery.
• Primary discovery: structured conversations with customers, teams, and vendors.
• Experience evaluating vendors for capability, fit, and cost.

• Investigate and document reshape offering across markets and suppliers.
