Job summary

AI4U seeks a Business Analyst to bridge business needs with product delivery. This fully remote six-month fixed-term contract focuses on requirements gathering, translation into clear specs, and validation against regulatory needs.

You will run stakeholder workshops, define processes and policies, and support prioritization and roadmaps with precise documentation to ensure alignment between product, architecture, and delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years as a Business Analyst.
• Strong ability to map business needs to clear requirements.
• Experience with regulatory and payment ecosystems is a plus.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and presentation skills.

What you’ll bring

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, particularly with executive and regulatory stakeholders.
• Ability to balance business and technical considerations and manage complex stakeholder expectations.
• An analytical approach and attention to detail that make requirements complete and actionable.
